Preventive Health Resources
AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania works to partner with our participating providers to prevent member illnesses through checkups, screenings, immunizations and other preventive care services.
We encourage members to visit your offices regularly. Likewise, we encourage you to remind our members of steps they can follow to take charge of their health.
Prompt members to return for future checkups. Make sure patients know when they're due for another round of vaccinations. Help us prevent the development of serious diseases and disorders in AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania's population.
As you help our members, here’s how we can help you:
Immunization schedules:
- Adult contraindications and precautions
- Adult schedule, by vaccine and age group
- Catch-up schedule
- Recommended vaccinations indicated for adults based on medical and other indications
- Schedule for persons birth through 18 years
